Salesforce Scavenger Hunt

New hires on the Care Coordination Team at FreedomCare have to be able to use and navigate Salesforce quickly, yet the new hires and their leaders were consistently reporting having trouble with navigating and understanding the different record types.

This scavenger hunt activity was designed to reinforce navigating between record types while giving new hires an opportunity to build their confidence in navigating Salesforce. Each slide is designed to mimic most of Salesforce’s functionality in order to allow learners to navigate between records in multiple ways and to provide tailored feedback regarding incorrect answers based on where learners click.
