Evaluated 10+ learning management systems’ (LMS) ability to meet company needs, cost per user, accessibility features, automation capabilities, and learner experience to identify and select the program that will best meet the company’s current learning needs and will grow with the company over the next 5+ years while staying under budget.

Implemented Docebo LMS, including adjusting settings, notifications, automations, and capabilities to reflect the DUOS brand, and successfully launch the new LMS to 150+ employees.

Developed training for expanding sales team including sales fundamentals and the triangle selling method, as well as Hubspot policy and procedure training to ensure all team members are consistent across strategies, messaging, and documentation of leads through contracting signing and renewal.

Designed and implemented interactive new hire onboarding training for part-time, fully virtual employees using Articulate Rise and Storyline, Camtasia, Flip, and SmartSheet, which improved new employee performance while also decreasing the amount of time required to onboard new employees.

Created detailed project plans for each project shared with all subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to clearly communicate project status and all deadlines.

Developed annual key performance indicators (KPI) for training department tied to company objectives and key results (OKR), track progress towards defined goals, and provide monthly training report to Director of HR.

Designed new Front Line Care Team manager onboarding program for both internal and external hires, including incorporating peer learning and mentorship opportunities alongside eLearning and instructor-led training sessions to provide comprehensive onboarding experience that increased new manager success in managing team members and in utilizing multiple tools including Verint, Qlicksense, and AWS to monitor and manage team productivity.

Analyzed audience's training needs as well as existing training materials to drive instructional decisions and to identify areas of opportunity to improve training efficiency and effectiveness.

Analyzed learning needs of various teams, evaluated existing learning solutions, designed and implemented solutions to address specific learning needs using live WebEx training sessions, self-directed eLearning, web pages, and job aids.
