Flex Support Updates Microlearning

DUOS was changing their customer-facing offerings - traditionally, Duos would be able to support their senior members once per week for as long as the member wanted that support. Now, after 90 days of working with a member, the new offering, called “Flex Support”, would begin.

This microlearning was designed to walk employees through the new process, what exactly was changing, and what was staying the same. In addition to educating the learner on the technology and process changes they would see, this training also served as part of the change management communication plan for this initiative.
