Schedule Accommodation Microlearning

Mothers returning from maternity leave who needed to request schedule accommodations for lactation were having trouble finding the information they needed as it was buried in the Human Resource department’s SharePoint site, and were instead contacting the Manager of Total Rewards directly.

To streamline the information for the employees and decrease the amount of time required for the manager to respond to each individual message, this microlearning was created to provide the important information that the audience needed to know quickly and effectively. It was also designed to be easily accessed on-the-go while not in front of their work laptop.
