
Clinical Excellence Conference Participation Guide
Some of the employees in Accolade’s call center were clinicians and former nurses who supported members over the phone with case management and symptom triage. Leaders of the Clinical arm of the business decided to move to more of a case management model to support members over time instead of in one-off interactions.
Clinical leadership created and hosted the first Clinical Excellence Conference for all clinicians across all locations (PA, AZ, and WA) in June 2022. The conference would review industry best practices in the context of the clinicians’ role at Accolade
The Clinical Excellence Conference Participant Guide was created to provide learners with a physical place to take notes, ways to interact with the conference content in a meaningful way, and to serve as a reference guide for these best practices after the conference ended.
